getMin
to get minimum values from columns of array and its position index

Example VectorLib vlib=new VectorLib();
int[] a={7, 4, 9};
int[] b=vlib.getMin(a);
vlib.view("Minimum Data", b[0]);
vlib.view("Position index of Minimum data", b[1]);
Output Minimum Data = 4

Position index of minimum data = 1


Example VectorLib vlib=new VectorLib();
double[] a={5.1, 8.5, 3.2};
double[] b=vlib.getMin(a);
